Parkland II

Parkland II, a Chiaphua Vietnam project, follows on the highly acclaimed Parkland Apartments on the Hanoi Highway, at the entrance to District 2, HCMC. The 2 hectare project will build on the adjacent lots to Parkland Apartments and will comprise high quality residential towers, retail facilities, and comprehensive recreational facilities. Parkland is already known for its family-oriented atmosphere and will enhance this attribute in Parkland II. 

Parkland II was sold to Masterise, a prominent developer in Vietnam.

 
 

Saigon Tower
